Between us, we've worked with the UK's leading operators, including BT Group, VodafoneThree and Virgin Media O2 (VMO2), and with international operators such as STC, Etisalat (now e&), Telefónica and AT&T.

We've helped plan and deliver the kind of large-scale network changes that keep millions of customers connected. So when the UK confirmed the end of its copper phone network, we knew how much detail sits behind a date like 31 January 2027.

We also knew who would feel it most. Operators plan their networks line by line. Small businesses often don't know what their own lines are connected to.
